Line of medium-frame skid steer and compact track loaders includes four Wacker Neuson skid steer and two Wacker Neuson CTLs. The loaders are powered by Kohler diesel engines ranging from 56 to 74 horsepower. Operating weights range from 6,170 to 8,095 pounds, with 50 percent ROCs ranging from 1,600 to 3,100 pounds.
The line includes three radial-lift units—skid steer models SW16 and SW17, and the ST31 CTL and three vertical-lift units—SW20 and SW21 skid steers and ST28 CTL.
The cab environment was designed for easy access, the company says, with no restrictive lap bar and intuitively placed controls. Mechanical Hand-Foot and selectable Electric-Hydraulic options (ISO/H-Pattern) provide options for operators. The one-piece pod-style cab fully tilts forward with the arms down, providing complete access to all maintenance components.
The company developed the loaders from the ground up, manufactures them in Wisconsin, and has given them a transferable engine warranty of four years or 4,000 hours.
