Video shows a 98-foot tower crane falling over under heavy wind conditions in Krakow, Poland. News reports cite 40-mph winds.
The crane was not working during the storm, but two workers were killed and two more injured when it fell. According to published reports, the developer, Murapol Group, said all cranes on the site had been taken out of service because of the winds. It said the workers were employed by a subcontractor.
