A worker was killed in a trench collapse in Grain Valley, Missouri. OSHA is investigating the death at a residential site.

According to local reports, the man worked for Preferred Plumbing of Kingsville, Missouri.
Local emergency rescue workers tried to free the man for 25 minutes, according to reports, before “transitioning...to a recovery effort.”
