The Oshkosh Examiner is reporting that Oshkosh Corp. has sued a former employee and SANY America. The lawsuit accuses the former mechanical engineer of bringing with him confidential information and trade secrets surrounding a new generation of JLG products.
The paper reports that the engineer left JLG for SANY in September, "lured...by a 50% pay increase."
