Kohler Engines CheckApp is a smartphone application for the monitoring and maintenance of Kohler engines. It also includes a digital shop for Kohler genuine parts.
An unlimited number of engines can be registered on the app, allowing the tracking of all Kohler engines within a fleet. For each engine, the app creates a general overview of the engine’s condition, including its characteristics and its documentation, video tutorials which show how to replace spare parts, and use and maintenance handbooks. Upon recording of the engine’s serial number, the app displays all information necessary for basic maintenance of the engine, allowing the end user manage it in a completely independent manner.
Users of the app receive discounts on Kohler genuine spare parts: 20 percent off the first purchase, and 10 percent off all subsequent purchases via the app. The user-friendly interface of the online shop provides a precise view of the parts required for maintenance of each individual engine, and parts may be purchase through the app by selecting the appropriate distributor. The app’s notification system also sends information on scheduled maintenance intervals..
