Westminster, CO— Entries will soon close for the Annual ACI Awards program sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Concrete Institute. The RMACI Awards Program has been held continuously since 1969.
The program recognizes those noteworthy construction projects in which the major portion of the construction is of concrete in one form or another. This includes cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, architectural concrete, decorative concrete, and concrete masonry. The award is normally given to the architects and engineers who perform the design, the general contractor, the owner or developer of the project, and the concrete fabricators and/or suppliers.
To be eligible to win, a structure must be located within the states of Wyoming and Colorado. Entries are due by Jan. 31. The chapter will have its awards banquet on April 24 at The Westin Westminster, 10600 Westminster Blvd., Westminster, CO.
