The Genie Tech Pro Link is a hand-held diagnostic tool that allows monitoring a machine’s sensors (including engine temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and battery voltage), calibrating the machine, making speed adjustments during pre-operation inspection, and receiving fault codes.
The tool is currently compatible for use with the CAN-enabled control systems on mid-sized Genie S telescopic Xtra Capacity boom models, and the real-time information from the system is available without having to navigate layers of menu structure.
The Tech Pro Link is designed to work independently of a laptop and provides service technicians immediate access to “Maintenance, Faults, Settings and Sensors” menus from the home screen. Future capability will allow technicians to download data to a laptop or desktop computer for additional analysis and tracking.
