Construction Equipment and AEMP have opened nominations for the 2020 Fleet Masters Awards, which recognize equipment professionals who go above and beyond in meeting the challenges inherent in cost-effective, efficient, and effective management of mixed fleets.
Winners represent a standard of excellence that raises the bar for equipment-management professionalism. Two Fleet Masters Awards will be given based on estimated fleet replacement value (ERV): $100 million ERV or below, and more than $100 million ERV.
Nominations for the 2020 awards are open through December 6, 2019. Apply here.
Note that nominations can be anonymous and self-nominations are accepted. Also, the competition is open to the entire industry; AEMP membership is not required for eligibility.
The 2020 Fleet Masters Awards presentation will be held during a brunch on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at Conexpo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Entrants must agree to attend the presentation at their own expense (travel, hotel) if they are chosen for the award. AEMP will cover registration for the event.
Last year's award winners were Branch Civil ($100 million ERV or below), and Sarasota County, Florida (more than $100 million ERV).
