FuelPro 500 holds 500 gallons of fuel for on-site servicing of equipment and trucks. The base service trailer holds fuel only, but an optional front box can store tools, grease, lubes, and other service supplies.
The trailer chassis is constructed from 6-inch C-channel, and its two torsion axles have EZ lube hubs. The trailer has ST235/80R16 radial tires and electric drum brakes.
The tank features 7-gauge steel that is double seam welded. The tank has internal fuel surge baffles and cross bracing, a fuel shutoff valve, a lockable vented fill cap, a tank pressure relief vent, and an at-a-glance fuel gauge. The self-priming industrial-grade pump is rated to 25 gpm. A 40-gpm electric start gas engine pump is also available.
The 1-inch hose has an auto-trip nozzle, and hose is available in 18-, 35-, and 50-foot lengths. An auto-retracting reel is optional.
The fuel tank carries a 5-year warranty.
