The Emperor EHW094 TPU and Royal EHW194 EPDM hoses from Danfoss Power Solutions are designed for liquid cooling applications in electric vehicles and machinery.
Emperor EHW094 hose is non-conductive at 25,000+ volts dielectric strength, and meets UL 94 V-0, the highest flame rating available. The hose is constructed from thermoplastic polyurethane.
Royal EHW194 is also UL 94 V-0 rated. It features a synthetic EPDM rubber construction with fire retardant cover.
Both hoses offer a solution to traditional air cooling systems with high flexibility, torsional strain and kink resistance to simplify routing in tight spaces, according to the company.
