Deutz Partners With India Manufacturing Group on Engines

Tafe Motors will manufacture 30,000 Deutz engines in India.

Deutz has partnered with Tafe Motors and Contractors, an Indian agricultrual group to "further develop alternate drive systems and expand the internal combustion engine business" it says. 

As part of the partnership, Tafe Motors will manufacture up to 30,000 Deutz engines in 50-75 horsepower and 75-100 horsepower under license. The aim is to "augment and complement the wide range of engines made by the Group across emission standards" the company says.

The engines will be produced in TAFE Motors’ modern manufacturing facility at Alwar, Rajasthan in India.
