Perkins 400 Series engines

Ranging in horsepower from 10 to 60, 400 Series engines have 2 to 4 cylinders, and are water cooled, naturally aspirated and turbocharged. The emissions-compliant engines are clean and quiet, with a reduction in noise at low idle speed when compared with 100 Series engines. The 403C-11 features 26 horsepower and improves fuel consumption over its predecessor, the 103–10. The 404C-22T turbocharged engine provides 60 horsepower. It combines high power and torque with low noise and vibration for operator comfort.
