Fitting on 15- to 25-ton excavators, the unit weighs 3,100 pounds, has a drilling diameter up to 3 inches, and can drill to a depth of 14 feet. With the addition of a 12-foot rod adder, it can drill to a depth of 26 feet. It uses a 185 cfm air-flushing compressor.
