The first major redesign to JCB’s Robot skid-steer loaders brings cab revisions and power management to reduce stalling. The Series II range includes five wheeled skid-steer loaders with rated capacities from 1,386 to 2,530 pounds – including the Robot 180, JCB’s first 1,800-pound-capacity model – and three new compact tracked loader variants. New multi-function controls built into the servo control levers allow operators to fine tune auxiliary hydraulics without taking hands off the joysticks. Larger Robots will get JCB Dieselmax engines, delivering 83 horsepower in the 190 II tracked and wheeled models and a turbocharged 91 horsepower in the 1110 variants. Hydraulic output increased in high-flow (HF) models, with pressures rising from 2,680 to 3,260 psi and flow increasing from 31 to 34 gpm. Breakout forces improved across the range up to 20 percent.
