The AR16 propane-powered wheel buggy is designed for contractors working in confined areas or indoors.
It is equipped with a factory-installed, environmentally friendly propane system for helping avoid job stoppages or potential fines due to air quality regulations, the company says. The system produces cleaner emissions, less than 1 percent carbon monoxide, making it compliant with OSHA, CARB and EPA standards. According to Allen, a closed fuel system means engine components will run cleaner with less wear; plus, the use of propane allows equipment to operate without carburetors being gummed up due to the ethanol found in gasoline.
