Case E Series single drum vibratory soil compactors includes three models: SV207E, SV211E, and SV213E.
The 75-horsepower SV207E has an operating weight of 14,310 pounds; the 134-horsepower SV211E, 23,940 pounds; and the 134-horsepower SV213E has an operating weight of 27,730 pounds.
Improvements over the previous series include a new frame design, new cab and open ROPS configurations, Tier 4-F engines, redesigned engine compartments, an improved cooling package, and optimized hydraulic and electrical routing.
When equipped with optional automatic traction control, the compactors can climb grades of up to 67 percent. A low-center-of-gravity axle-free design provides constant power to the wheels and drum with an electronic self-adjusting torque control system.
Centrifugal forces range from 14,387 pounds up to more than 64,000 pounds, and the rollers have standard dual amplitude/frequencies. An oscillating articulated roller joint maintains consistent drum-to-ground contact, and an updated drum design reduces drift and maintains constant compaction throughout each rotation.
