The 124-horsepower 444 G Tier John Deere wheel loader extends the company’s performance tiering strategy with an economically priced unit with an operating weight of 22,077 pounds. The G Tier wheel loader does not have the extras found in a 444 P Tier machine.
Bucket capacity on the 444 G Tier wheel loader ranges from 2.5 to 2.75 cubic yards, and it can be equipped with optional high-lift. The optional debris package comes with a centrifugal air precleaner and an auto reversing fan.

The stacked cooling package has a hinged door for cleanout and can be set to automatically reverse at regular intervals. Ground-level access for major fluids, fuel, and DEF is located on the machine’s left side. The wheel loader has clear visibility for both transmission and hydraulic sight gauges. It has right-side access to the machine’s engine, aftertreatment systems, and the cooling system.
The cab comes with adjustable controls; added floor storage space; and a joystick with integrated forward, neutral, reverse controls. An optional air-ride suspension seat and ride control features are available.
