The D151AEG AUSA site dumper has a payload of about 3,300 pounds and is powered by lithium-ion batteries. Its 7.6-kW electric motor delivers a maximum of 17.3 kW that the company says matches its diesel equivalent.
Operating range is one “typical” working day with a battery capacity of 12.3 kWh. Power delivery is managed electronically for performance and smoothness. Battery regeneration occurs when the accelerator is released or when operating downhill.
Batteries recharge form 20 percent to 80 percent in two hours when connected to 230 V.
