Wacker Neuson ET 42 Excavator

Oct. 27, 2021

The ET 42 Wacker Neuson excavator has an operating weight ranging from 8,415 to 10,161 pounds, digs to 11.6 feet, and has breakout force of 9,846 lb.-ft. The 43.5-horsepower excavator is powered by a Perkins 403J-E17T diesel engine. The hydraulic system delivers 3,553 psi at a flow rate of 23.7 gpm.

The excavator has a low profile hood design for operator visibility, and the side window glass extends to the lower portion of the cab. The offset boom provides a view of the boom and attachment.

The three-point bucket linkage offers a 200-degree angle of rotation that combines breakout force with a greater range of motion.

A hydraulic quick-connect system allows an attachment to be changed without having to leave the cab, and a diverter valve on the auxiliary hydraulic line allows operators to switch between thumb and another attachment such as a hydraulic breaker without disconnecting the hoses.

The Wacker Neuson ET42 is available in cab or canopy models.
