Toro Swivel Mud Buggy

Oct. 21, 2020

The Toro Swivel Mud Buggy site dumper has a redesigned tub that allows it to swivel 180 degrees. Built on the MB TX 2500 site dumper frame, the Swivel Mud Buggy has a 3/8-inch polyethylene tub, thicker than the earlier versions. With the increased thickness of the tub, users can tackle more jobs with confidence and ease, regardless of the material being transported, including sand, rock, mulch or even cement.

The swivel switch travels with the right-hand control handle on the earthmoving machine, allowing operators to safely and efficiently operate the machine while simultaneously swiveling the tub.

The site dumper can carry up to 2,500 pounds, or 16 cubic feet of material. It has a 25-horsepower Kohler engine, and can reach transport speeds of up to 6 mph forward and 3 mph in reverse. Rugged Endless Kevlar reinforced tracks offer traction for a wide range of terrain, including hillsides, culverts and ditches. The unit also performs well in various challenging conditions such as mud, gravel, and even snow, according to the company.

An auto-return dump feature eliminates the need for the operator to wait for the tub to return to the traveling position, increasing productivity. Operating weight is 1,575 pounds. The belts, hydraulics, battery, and engine compartment are all readily accessible.
