Part of the Gradall's Series 3 excavators, the XL 3200 III boasts a low-profile boom design that allows it to work under bridges, trees and other obstructions. The boom, which rotates up to 220 degrees, eliminates loss in boom forces unlike boom-end tilting attachments, Gradall says. Weighing 39,616 pounds and with an engine rated at 172-horsepower, the excavator has a boom force of 22,075 pounds and bucket breakout force of 19,300 pounds. Dig depth is 19 feet, 2 inches.
