You might remember that Bobcat launched its MT52 mini track loader early in 2004. Now the model MT55 is available, similar in design to the MT52, but just a bit larger. The new model has a rated operating capacity of 550 pounds, but it's still compact, only 41.5 inches wide (without the bucket), and it's still easy on the turf, with a ground pressure of only 4.1 psi. The 2,679-pound MT52 is powered by a 23.5-horsepower, liquid-cooled Kubota diesel engine, and supplies 12 gpm of hydraulic flow. The new machine can work with 18 approved attachments, and a ride-on platform is optional.
