Weighing 251,000 pounds, the PC1250-7 hydraulic excavator is powered by a Tier-II-compliant, 651-fwhp Komatsu engine. The PC1250LC-7 replaces the P1100LC-6 as its flagship excavator for the construction market. The new model incorporates the OLSS open-center, load-sensing and engine-speed sensing hydraulic system with four variable capacity pumps. The EMMS system schedules maintenance and performs onboard diagnostics. Engine-oil and filter-change intervals are now 500 hours.
