The Kubota L39 backhoe-loader features a curved backhoe boom and a maximum 10-foot digging depth. A quick-attach system allows the backhoe assembly to be installed or removed as applications dictate, and when removed, the L39 can handle rear tools with a Category I, three-point hitch. The backhoe hydraulic system features a dedicated swing pump, plus inching valves designed to provide precise movement. The L39 is powered by a 39-hp (gross) Kubota diesel engine and uses the company's Glide Shift Transmission. The 6,987-pound machine can be transported on a 10,000-pound GVWR trailer behind a ¾-ton pickup truck.
