Rototilt Tiltrotators Available on Komatsu PC220LC Excavators

Komatsu PC220LC/LCi-12 excavator is now available in Europe with factory-installed preparation for tiltrotators from Rototilt. Integration requires a small number of connections between the machine, the tiltrotator, and the controller, according to Komatsu, and the excavator also features programmable control levers featuring integrated tiltrotator functionality as standard.

The intelligent Machine Control 3.0 on the PC220LCi-12 combines easy integration and unique tiltrotator control features. Not only can the system control the rotation and tilting, but it also includes features such as posture hold control which automatically maintains attachment orientation making digging and grading with a tiltrotator easier for the operator.
