A bucket fell off a trailer towing an excavator and hit an SUV carrying a woman and her 13-year-old daughter. According to a KIRO7 news report, the driver said when she saw the bucket in the air, she hit the brakes. The bucket landed on the front of the vehicle.
The report said surveillance cameras recorded the truck towing the machine. The driver kept going, according to the report, and police are trying to locate them.
