Units have no cabins because they're remote controlled.

Firstgreen Rockeat line of electric skid steers are remote controlled and have no cabins, giving them low clearance. Models 700 and 1200 have tippings loads of 3,086 and 4,850 pounds, respectively. Operating weights 5,622 and 7,826 pounds, respectively.
