Company Owner, Operator Arrested in Trench Death

The owner of Botticello Inc. has been arrested in the death of a worker caught in a trench collapse last summer, according to local news reports.

The operator of the backhoe was also arrested.

According to reports, the worker had complained about the lack of a trench box.
