Hyundai HX35AZ, HX40A, HX48AZ excavators

Additions to HX-A series

Models HX35AZ, HX40A, and HX48AZ Hyundai compact excavators have been added to its HX-A series.

Operating weights are 8,300 pounds; 9,479 pounds; and 10,912 pounds; respectively. The HX35AZ is powered by a Kubota D1703 engine rated at 24.8 horsepower. Yanmar 4TNV88C diesels power the other two models at 37.4 horsepower.

The Hyundai HX35AZ has dig depth of 9 feet 8 inches and bucket breakout force of 7,081 pounds.

The Hyundai HX40A digs to a depth of 11 feet 2 inches with bucket breakout force of 9,846 pounds.

The Hyundai HX48AZ has a dig depth of 11 feet 5 inches and bucket breakout force of 8,223 pounds.

The HX40A and HX48AZ offer standard load-sensing hydraulics, and the HX35AZ and HX48AZ incorporate zero-tail swing. All three excavators have adjustable auxiliary flow, 5-inch full color LCD monitor, and an auto-safety-lock function to prevent unintended use.

The compact excavators are covered by a standard warranty of three years or 3,000 hours plus a 5-year, 10,000-hour structural warranty, with optional Hyundai extended warranties.

Standard is five years of free use of Hi MATE remote management system that allows 24/7 global tracking and monitoring of engine, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other key components.
