The 350 Caterpillar excavator is a new model, using 13 percent less fuel than the Cat 349.

Operating weight for the 413-horsepower Cat excavator is 105,100 pounds. It has a maximum digging depth of 26 feet 11 inches, and maximum loading height of 24 feet 3 inches. It can be equipped with buckets up to 4.2 cubic yards.

Cat 2D Grade is standard on the crawler excavator, along with Grade Assist, Swing Assist, and Lift Assist. Cat Payload onboard weighing gives real-time weight estimates.

Standard auto dig boost delivers an automatic 8 percent power increase. Auto heavy lift offers an 8 percent increase in lifting power when needed for as long as needed. At the touch of a button, operators can switch to the optional Cat Stick Steer for simple one-hand operation of travel and turning. Preventing wear and tear on the excavator and attachment, standard auto hammer stop warns operators after 15 seconds of continuous firing and then shuts off the hammer after 30 seconds.
