The KOBELCO SK850LC-10 crawler excavator has an operating weight of 185,700 pounds and produces 90,598 pounds of bucket digging force. Powered by a 510-horsepower Tier 4-F Hino engine uses SCR emissions technology. It has improved fuel economy of 17 percent when in ECO mode compared to its predecessor.

The company says an enhanced hydraulic line layout further reduces energy loss, and a variable-geometry turbocharger lowers fuel consumption.

The excavator has an improved lever control force of 25 percent, additional climate-control outlets, and an expanded cab interior. FOPS top guard, rear-view camera, and swing flashers are standard safety features.
