The long reach CX210D LR and CX250D LR excavators have an elongated boom and arm for increased digging capabilities in deep or long-distance applications. Both use Tier 4-Final engines with SCR technology, which provides up 9 percent greater fuel efficiency in the CX210D LR and 14 percent in the CX250D LR. A new electronically controlled pump, a larger control valve, and multiple sensors in the Intelligent Hydraulic System provide faster cycle times than predecessor machines. Improvements in the Spool Stroke Control system allows the machines to reuse hydraulic fluid to automatically boost cycle times and efficiency.
