Mustang 550Z Expands Excavator Offering

The 550Z excavator has an operating weight of 12,247 pounds with cab, and meets Tier 4 requirements with a Yanmar 47.6 horsepower engine. ECO mode will reduce engine speed by 10 percent without sacrificing power, the company says, and auto deceleration decreases engine speed to idle after four seconds without hydraulic movement. Combined, this reduces fuel consumption by 20 percent, the company says.
