Hitachi Excavator Models ZX470LC-5, ZX670LC-5, ZX870LC-5 Excavators

Three more Dash-5 upgrades have been introduced: ZX470LC-5, ZX670LC-5, and ZX870LC-5 models replace the predecessor ZX450LC-3, ZX650LC-3, and ZX850LC-3 excavators. Cabs have more side-to-side foot room and a larger door with more glass for better visibility to the side. A multifunction monitor with rotary dial provides enhanced diagnostic features and integrates the radio and HVAC controls in one place. Emissions upgrades include a Tier 4-I Isuzu engine, and new exhaust filter with a diesel oxidation catalyst/diesel particulate filter.

Updated light package includes two cab lights and an additional boom light. Hydraulically driven reversible fan cleans debris from the radiator screen.
