Sept. 28, 2010

John Deere’s brand new 764 High-Speed Dozer (HSD) is an articulated, rubber-tracked dozer that combines the speed of a grader with the flotation of a crawler dozer. It will grade and push moderate dozing loads at about double the speed of a similarly sized crawler. Deere says it will bluetop to 1/8-inch at up to 6 miles per hour, and travel at 18 miles per hour.
