Liebherr PR 776 Hydrostatic Crawler Dozer

Sept. 30, 2016

The PR 776 is the company’s first dozer in the 77.2-ton category and has a hydrostatic drive. The 757-horsepower dozer has a maximum operating weight of 81.6 tons with blade capacities of 24.2 cubic yards with a semi-U blade or 28.8 cubic yards with a U blade.

Eco-mode enables greater travel drive in light to medium operations and saves fuel. The proactive power control monitors internal engine and external machine parameters and automatically increases the engine power for a brief period based on the current requirement.

The intelligent engine-management system combined with the hydrostatic driveline allows the dozer to optimize all equipment systems and processes to maintain constant engine speed, increase overall machine efficiency, and reduce fuel consumption.
