CBL40compact backhoe-loader features Yanmar's excavator-style hydraulic system, which allows operators to be quicker and more efficient, the company says. Two variable-displacement piston pumps, similar to that used on the company's excavators, allow an operator to simultaneously combine functions. Load-sensing hydro-mechanical transmission is featured. It is powered by a 3-cylinder Tier II engine that delivers 37.2 horsepower. Backhoe digging depth is 10 feet with reach of 13 feet 2 inches. Backhoe digging force is 5,800 pounds at the bucket and 3,600 pounds at the arm. Loader lift capacity is 2,960 pounds with a breakout force of 4,375 pounds. Estimated list price: $45,000–$47,500.
