JCB offers its first 6×6 articulated dump truck—the 22-ton, twin-rear-axle Model 722. Two smaller models (at 14 and 18 tons) are both 4×4 machines. One of the 722's key features is the patented front suspension, which is self-leveling and provides the operator with a smooth and comfortable ride. It is powered by a 225-hp (gross) Cummins six-cylinder, through a ZF transmission and ZF axles.
