Dustin started operating equipment at a young age. As vice president of the company started by his grandfather in 1953, he has added equipment to the fleet, invested in technology, and added new divisions, all contributing to a tripling of the company’s size.
Accomplishments: Excavated a man-made lake for the Oneida Indian tribe, moving 700,000 cubic yards in one season.
Off the clock: Spending time with his wife and kids.
Extracurricular: Dairy Cares, which raises money for the Childrens Hospital.
Fun fact: His uncle plays in a band, Highway 31, and his guitars are painted with the Cat logo as a tribute to the excavating business.
