A drill rig fell over on a Philadelphia job site this week, pinning and killing one worker and injuring the operator, according to news reports.
Reporters say the rig was attempting to unload a truck when it toppled. Video shows the rig on its side next to a flatbed loaded with pipe.
Markings on the rig indicated it is owned by Cook Drilling Corp., and news reports said that an employee of Cook was operating it. The dead worker, according to reports, was not employed by Cook but worked for another construction company.
