The Expander System aims to eliminate pivot wear in heavy equipment. After the old pin is removed, a pin axle with a special expansion sleeve at each end is inserted into the pivot, and then the nut, or bolt head, is tightened on each end. Expansion sleeves will expand and lock into the pivot lug holes to take up any slack and stop the wearing process permanently. The system does not require adjustment or replacement.
