Deere Workers to Vote on New Contract

Nov. 1, 2021

Members of the United Auto Workers will vote on Tuesday on a renegotiated labor deal that reportedly includes a 10 percent pay increase and continuation of a pension program for new hires.

Deere workers will remain on strike through the ratification process.

The six-year labor agreement covers approximately 10,100 production and maintenance employees at 12 facilities in Iowa, Illinois, and Kansas.
