The Wacker Neuson BV 50A-H backpack vibrator provides a convenient way for contractors to use the company’s flex-shafts and heads from the HMS flex-shaft internal-vibrator system.

The unit incorporates a 50-cc Honda engine and new connections to accommodate flex shafts and hybrid head series. The backpack vibrator offers contractors unlimited maneuverability on the job, says Wacker Neuson, with no power cords to catch on obstructions and no limitations for reaching remote areas, such as elevated decks and structural slabs where portable generators are difficult to stage. The backpack features a shoulder-mounted on/off switch and throttle control for simple operation. A quick disconnect system on the backpack provides for quick change of the various shafts and heads available.
