Controls Rotate with Boom
Sept. 28, 2010
Elliott's 32117truck-mounted crane has the only five-section boom in its class, reaching 129 feet high (153 feet with optional telescopic jib) and offering 68,000 pounds of load capacity at a 5-foot load radius. With its ride-around, stand-up console, the operator moves with the boom and turret. Cranes with stationary control consoles require the operator to move around the boom turret to gain the best vantage point on the work area.
