The GHC140 telescoping crawler crane is the company’s largest, with a 171-foot, six-section boom. Maximum capacity is 140 tons. With a 49.3-foot offsettable bi-fold swingaway, maximum tip height is 220.7 feet.
It has the capability to pick-and-carry at 100 percent of load chart in inclines up to 4 degrees, the company says, and can swing full loads 360 degrees. Crawler tracks have a 57 percent gradeability rating, and the undercarriage is driven by two-speed hydrostatic drive motors.
The crane has a self-assembly counterweight and undercarriage frame with jacks for crawler assembly. The cab tilts to 20 degrees. The crane is powered by a 173-horsepower Cummins QSB Tier 4-F engine, and it offers Eco and Auto Idle modes.
