A Pettibone 10056 telehandler outfitted with a work platform tipped over in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, killing one worker and injuring two others.

It is unclear if that model of telehandler is approved for use with a work platform.

A report from 6ABC, below, cited a property manager who said the crew was working on rooftop air conditioning units.

News reports say the three workers were about two stories high when the telehandler, with front stabilizers deployed, tipped over and landed on an adjacent work truck. Images from the scene show the boom lying across the length of the truck, which was crushed.
